Fay Kapeta – Kalliani

Efstathia (Fay) Kapeta Kalliani was born in Athens, Greece. She holds an LL.B. degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. degree in Maritime Law, from the same institution. Her postgraduate dissertation examined the legal framework and liability for wrongful arrest of ships.

Fay is primarily involved in maritime, corporate and commercial advisory work within the Firm, supporting the day-to-day legal needs of shipping companies. Her work includes company formation, drafting shareholders’ agreements and ensuring compliance with know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
