Zoe Zouganeli
Zoe Zouganeli was born in Athens, Greece. She is specializing in public and private aviation (elaboration of aircraft maintenance, lease ground handling services agreements, issuance of air operator’s certificates and airline commercial licenses), energy and environmental law, administrative law and maritime aspects with particular emphasis on ship and yacht acquisition, registration and financing with banks and international institutions. She is also dealing with commercial and corporate law and she has focused on the incorporation of all types of legal entities, commercial agreements and negotiations in the corporate strategy.
Zoe has also extensive experienceon administrative legal aspects and she is advising local and international clients on the regulatory framework of administrative deeds, public tenders, offers and biddings and she has been involved in administrative law disputes before all administrative courts including the Conseil d’ Etat (Symvoulion Epikrateias). She has also extensive litigation experience in transportation, insurance, corporate, commercial and administrative law. Zoe fluently speaks English, French and Spanish.
